Care - Based

Personal & Home Care

We offer personal and home-based care services that can be provided at your home. Services include:

Assistance with Daily Personal Activities including tasks such as showering, toileting, changing etc.

Assistance with Daily Personal Activities (High Intensity) / Nursing Care including bowel care, wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy management, ventilation support, subcutaneous injections, PEG and NG Tube feeding and the administration of medication.

Assistance with household tasks including cleaning, gardening, basic indoor & outdoor home maintenance, laundry or linen and also meal preparation.

Assistance with accommodation including finding and maintaining accommodation that suits your needs. Whether it be respite accommodation or long term accommodation in a supported independent living home that has either shared or single arrangements, Racham Care can assist.

Care- Based

Exercise physiology and wellbeing:

Racham Care will ensure you get the right support service to help you achieve your exercise and wellbeing goals. This includes getting you a personal trainer and dietician to work with you.

Behaviour Support

Racham Care will assist participants gain a better understanding and strategy to manage any behavioural deficits they may be experiencing. Participants will receive support with the implementation of a plan to better manage their behaviour patterns.

Therapeutic Supports

Racham Care will assist participants to gain access to various support services that are beneficial and therapeutic to participants. This may include services such as physiotherapy, psychology, counselling etc.

Task - Based

Development of life skills

Racham Care can assist participant to gain services from providers that assist them to develop and maintain important life skills such as learning about public transport, resumes, taxes, saving skills, social skills, physical activity skills, food preparation, cleaning, gardening, home maintenance etc.

Equipment - Based

Mobility Equipment

Racham Care can assist participants to gain access to the mobility equipment they require. This helps maintain independence and sustain function for our clients.

Personal Care Products for Household

Racham Care can supply participants or assist with securing equipment they may require in their home to promote mobility, assist with tasks and make their lives easier. This may include assistive devices for cooking or cleaning, alarms, door bells, adapted clocks, safety and security or programmable memory aids.

Tasks Products for Safety

Racham Care can assist participants to secure equipment they require to assist with maintaining their Health, Safety and Security. This may include adaptions to shower systems, security installations etc.

Products for Recreation

Racham Care can organise for assistive equipment for recreation purposes such as go karts, stand up paddle boards etc.

Activity-Based

Community Access

Racham Care can provide assistance with travel and transport to and fro activities and commitments.
